Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when using Alphaboost Media Engine at alphaboost.ngrok.app:
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo from your authentication provider (Replit, Google, GitHub, etc.)
- Business profile: Business names, branding details, and posting preferences you enter
- Connected accounts: Access tokens and account details for the platforms you connect (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
- Post content: Text, images, links, and scheduled posts you create and manage through our platform
- Generated materials: AI-generated captions, hashtags, and post content created using our tools
- Usage data: How you interact with our platform to improve our services
How we use your information
- Publish and schedule posts across your connected accounts and businesses
- Generate AI-powered captions, content ideas, and marketing copy
- Manage your multi-business posting command center
- Track post performance and engagement across platforms
- Send you service-related communications
- Improve and develop new features
Data security & third parties
- AI processing: OpenAI processes your content and business data to generate personalized materials. Data is not used to train their models.
- Connected platforms: When you link accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn), those platforms' own privacy policies also apply to your data.
- Hosting: Our platform runs on Replit, which is SOC 2 Type II certified and hosted on Google Cloud.
- Authentication: We use secure OAuth authentication through Replit's OIDC provider.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Download a copy of all your personal data from your Profile settings
- Rectification: Update your information at any time in your Profile
- Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data from Profile settings
- Portability: Export your data in a standard JSON format
- Object: Contact us to object to specific data processing
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personal data, including your business profiles, connected accounts, scheduled posts, and generated content within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.
